寒热交替+热入血室

女，寒热无汗，一身骨节尽痛，经事适来，精神烦闷。热入血室。面色晦暗，舌质红，苔薄黄。脉弦细。经水时有时无，脐下结块而痛。

患者出现胸痛、作呕、冷热交替、出汗、口渴、气急、舌黄、梦多、昏话、口苦等症状。脉象左手弦细，右手弦数，两尺空大。中医诊断为暑湿入肝，病机为热入血室。舌象见黄，脉象弦细、弦数、两尺空大。 symptoms include chest pain, vomiting, alternating chills and fever, sweating, thirst, shortness of breath, yellow tongue coating, frequent dreams, incoherent speech, and bitter mouth. Pulse is stringy and fine on the left, stringy and rapid on the right, with empty and large pulse at the deep position. Diagnosis includes summer-damp invading liver and heat entering blood chamber. Tongue appearance is yellow, pulse is stringy and fine, stringy and rapid, with empty and large pulse at deep position.

患者出现寒热交替，夜则如鬼所凭，六七日后病情加重，昏塞、涎响如引锯、牙关紧急、瞑目不知人事。月经来潮后停经，昼静夜热，如见鬼状。面色晦暗，舌质红，苔黄腻，脉弦数。中医诊断为热入血室，病因病机为外感邪热，侵入血分，扰及心神。

患者经行腹痛，寒热交替，经期不规律，寒热加重，腹痛晕厥，痛在脐上脘下，扪之拒按。脉弦而大，舌腻罩灰。病因湿热伏邪，结于太阴膜原，阴土为湿所困，肝木被遏，气折血滞。病机热入血室，湿热瘀血互结。
